House Affordability Calculator – There are two here that can be used to estimate the affordable amount for houses based on either household income-to-debt estimates or fixed monthly budgets.

Mortgage & Amortization Calculator

Mortgage Payoff Calculator – Use this calculator if the term length of the remaining loan is known and there is information on the original loan – good for new loans or preexisting loans that have never been supplemented with any external payments.

Amortization Calculator – This amortization calculator gives out the annual or monthly amortization schedule of a one-time fixed interest loan. This calculator also gives out the monthly payment and total interest to be paid.
